Kay

Kay is most passionate about relationships and how to improve them on every level.  She has leaned heavily on her relationship with the Lord while serving alongside and loving her husband/pastor since 1994. Kay also enjoys being  a mother to 3 other wonderful humans in her life!  She has battled breast cancer 5 times and has won each time.  Kay is a favorite speaker at ladies conferences and marriage retreats.

She prays that each one of us will have a more clear view of who we are, and that we’ll know the greatness of our individuality in Christ.  She encourages others to experience God’s love and to see HIM in everything!

Madeline “Maddie”

Teachers change the world, and that is what Maddie was created to do!  She says that everyday she gets do to what she loves, and that is being a third grade teacher in Nashville, Tennessee.  Maddie loves hiking, crafting and being with her boyfriend, Jathyn Johnson, the lead singer for “Johnson Edition.”

Cortland and Caroline

When two people are created to be together, it is amazing to see how the Lord unfolds His plan to make that happen. Cortland and Caroline have been together since 2017 and were married during the global pandemic in 2020…twice!  Cortland is currently enrolled at the University of Tennessee studying law, and is employed at a notable law firm in Knoxville. Caroline also grew up in a pastor’s home and is from North Carolina. She is an office manager for a prominent dental office and also finds great joy in caring for her furbaby, Archie.

Zachary “Zach”

If we had to choose a meaning for the name Zachary, we would choose “joy-bringer.”  Zachary was born into the challenge of being the youngest sibling, and has met EVERY other challenge in his life with a silent yet strong determination. The first several years of his life, he suffered through several physical ailments and surgeries and was then diagnosed with diabetes at the age of ten.   Zachary enjoys traveling, being outdoors, playing all sports and was a regional champion in Virginia in archery.
